Welcome to Wildeir Photography (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, photography services, digital products, and any other services we provide.
By accessing our website, booking a service, purchasing a product, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to use our services.
2. Services
Wildeir Photography provides photography services, digital image delivery, prints, and related products.
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking at our sole discretion.
3. Pricing
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect confirmed bookings that have already been paid according to the agreed terms.
4. Payments
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Payment deadlines are outlined in your invoice or photography agreement.
Services may be canceled if payment is not received by the due date.
Late payments may delay delivery of photographs or other products.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are governed by your signed photography agreement or booking contract.
If no separate agreement exists, we reserve the right to determine refunds or credits at our discretion.
6. Digital Products
All digital products, including downloadable photographs, presets, wallpapers, and other digital content, are considered delivered once made available for download.
All digital product sales are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided for digital purchases except where required by applicable law.
7. Personal Use License
Unless otherwise stated in writing, purchased digital images are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may:
Download your purchased images.
Share images on personal social media accounts.
Print images for personal use.
Store backup copies for your own use.
You may not:
Sell, sublicense, or redistribute the images.
Use the images for advertising or commercial purposes.
Edit or substantially alter the images without written permission.
Claim ownership or authorship of the images.
Remove any watermark or copyright notice when present.
Commercial use requires a separate written license.
8. Intellectual Property
All photographs, graphics, logos, website content, text, and digital products remain the exclusive property of Wildeir Photography unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Purchasing a photograph grants a license to use the image according to the applicable license. It does not transfer copyright ownership.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Violate any applicable law.
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Upload malicious software.
Interfere with the operation of our website.
Impersonate another individual.
Use our content without authorization.
10. Website Availability
We strive to keep our website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website without prior notice.
11. Accuracy of Information
While we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, we do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or error-free.
12. Third-Party Services
Our website may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment processors, social media platforms, and gallery providers.

These Terms, together with any signed photography agreement, invoice, license agreement, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wildeir Photography regarding your use of our services.

The revised version becomes effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
