Just Personal Use? - Starts at $160 an hour
If you’re booking a session for yourself or your family and plan to share the photos on social media or print them for your wall, the Standard Contract is your match. You’ll get beautifully edited images you can crop to fit your feed, but you’re not allowed to slap on filters or resell them . It’s all about keeping the art intact while giving you something special to keep. Travel outside the Temecula Valley area may incur a mileage fee.

Running a Business? - Starts at $185 an hour
Grab the Commercial Contract. It gives you permission to use the photos to promote your brand — on websites, ads, brochures, you name it . You still can’t alter the images beyond basic cropping, but you’ll have the rights you need to use them in your marketing campaigns. Travel outside the Temecula Valley area may incur a mileage fee.

Need Design Flexibility? - Starts at $210 an hour
Choose the Commercial + Overlay Contract. Along with the marketing rights, it lets you add text, logos, color washes, or other graphic overlays on top of the photos for your campaigns. You still can’t retouch the subjects themselves, but you can build a branded design around them. Perfect for those who want a custom banner or ad without messing with the core image. Travel outside the Temecula Valley area may incur a mileage fee.

Payment Terms

Base Session Terms – This option is for individual portrait, motorcycle, engagement, and similar photo sessions. A non-refundable initial payment is due no later than four days before the session date. Any remaining balance is due no later than 10 days after the session date. The quoted rate covers up to one hour of shooting time. If additional time is requested on the day of the shoot, it will be billed at the selected hourly rate in one-hour increments. If you cancel within four days of the session, no refund will be issued and the full session fee remains due. In cases of severe weather, family emergencies, or other circumstances outside either party’s control, the session may be rescheduled or a partial refund may be provided, provided a new session date is selected within 14 days.

Event Coverage Terms – This option applies to weddings, parties, corporate events, church events, motorsports events, and other extended coverage bookings. A non-refundable initial payment is due no later than four days before the event date. Any remaining balance is due no later than 10 days after the event date. Event coverage is billed in four-hour blocks based on the selected hourly rate, with a four-hour minimum required. Any time exceeding the initial four-hour block will be billed in additional four-hour increments. For example, five hours of coverage will be billed as eight hours. If you cancel within four days of the event, no refund will be issued, and the full amount remains due. In cases of severe weather, family emergencies, or other circumstances outside either party’s control, the event may be rescheduled, or a partial refund may be provided, provided a new date is selected within 14 days.
