Just Personal Use? - Starts at $160 an hour
Choose the Personal Use Contract if the photos or videos are for you, your family, or your personal social media. You may crop or resize the finished content to fit different platforms. You may not apply filters, change the color grading, re-edit the video, remove watermarks, resell the content, or use it to promote a business. Photography includes professionally edited images. Video coverage includes filming only. Video editing and finished video deliverables are quoted separately based on the length and complexity of the project. Travel outside the Temecula Valley area may incur a mileage fee.
Running a Business? - Starts at $185 an hour
Choose the Commercial Use Contract if the photos or videos will promote your business, brand, product, service, event, or organization. You may use the finished content on social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials. Basic cropping, resizing, and platform formatting are allowed. You may not apply filters, change the color grading, retouch subjects, substantially re-edit the content, or resell it as stock content. Photography includes professionally edited images. Video coverage includes filming only. Video editing and finished video deliverables are quoted separately based on the length and complexity of the project. Travel outside the Temecula Valley area may incur a mileage fee.
Need Design Flexibility? - Starts at $210 an hour
Choose the Commercial + Overlay Contract when you need commercial usage rights and more freedom to build branded designs around the finished content. You may add text, logos, captions, graphic overlays, borders, color washes, promotional information, and other branded design elements. You may also crop, resize, or create shorter platform-specific versions of delivered videos. You may not alter the original color grading, retouch the subjects, misrepresent the content, or resell it as stock content. Photography includes professionally edited images. Video coverage includes filming only. Video editing and finished video deliverables are quoted separately based on the length and complexity of the project. Travel outside the Temecula Valley area may incur a mileage fee.
Optional Add-Ons
Photo or Video Add-On?
Choose either photography or videography as your primary service when booking.
For non-event sessions, add photography or videography to your existing one-hour session for an additional $150. The add-on is provided during the same scheduled one-hour session and does not extend the session length.
For event coverage, clients may add photography or videography to one or more hours within their selected four-hour coverage block for an additional fee. Add-ons supplement your existing booking—they do not replace the selected block pricing or extend your coverage time. Add-ons are only available during the hours already included in your booked event and cannot be booked as standalone hours before or after your event.
To ensure the highest quality experience, photography and videography cannot be provided simultaneously during the same hour. Each hour is dedicated entirely to either photography or videography, guaranteeing your chosen service receives full attention and professional coverage.
Video coverage includes filming only. Video editing and post-production are available for an additional fee and are quoted separately based on the project’s scope and requested deliverables.
Priority delivery?
Priority delivery is available for individual photos before the full gallery is completed. Pricing starts at $20 per photo for delivery within 1 to 3 days.
Payment Terms
Base Session Terms – This option applies to individual portrait, motorcycle, engagement, and similar photography or videography sessions. A nonrefundable initial payment is due no later than four days before the scheduled session date. Any remaining balance is due no later than 10 days after the session date. The quoted rate covers up to one hour of photography or video coverage. Additional coverage requested on the day of the session will be billed at the selected hourly rate in one-hour increments. Video editing and other post-production services are billed separately unless they are specifically included in the original quote. If you cancel within four days of the session, no refund will be issued and the full session fee remains due. In cases of severe weather, family emergencies, or other circumstances outside either party’s control, the session may be rescheduled or a partial refund may be provided, provided a new session date is selected within 14 days.
Event Coverage Terms – Event coverage is booked and billed in four-hour blocks. The initial payment is due at least four days before the event, and the remaining balance is due within ten days after the event. Clients select either photography or videography as their primary service. The other service may be added to individual hours within the booked event block for an additional fee, subject to the Photo or Video Add-On terms. Additional coverage is billed in four-hour increments. Video editing and post-production are charged separately unless specifically included in the agreed-upon quote. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event are nonrefundable. Emergency or weather-related rescheduling may be permitted within two weeks, subject to availability
